People I’ve Drawn.

  • Staff Portraits

Refresh the staff page on your company website with contemporary staff portraits and give a boost to the employees on your team. No company roster is too big or too small!

  • Likes and Dislikes Portraits

There is nothing like sitting across the table from someone and drawing their portrait. Along with the challenge of getting their likeness on paper, I am also delighted to listen to their stories. I often pose the intentionally vague questions of “What are your likes?” and “What are your dislikes?”. Sometimes people say very tangible things and other times, I find myself writing a long list of human behaviors that irk them… with both of us laughing along the way!

I like adding these answers to the page because along with perhaps their hairstyle or glasses, their answers act like a timestamp to what trends they’re following — along with things they love or long-held pet peeves.

The Likes and Dislikes portrait project was inspired by a grade school worksheet where I had listed “pizza” and “tumbling” as my favorite things!

I’m available for Likes and Dislike portrait sessions a few hours at a time. Wouldn’t this be a great activity to add to a company event or a party?

  • On the Bandstand

Because of my association with one of Cincinnati’s hardest working musicians — Ricky Nye — I get to hear and draw lots of people playing music. Here are some of those drawings.
